Shalimar is the first oriental in the history of perfumery.
Eau de Parfum Shalimar is a mythical fragrance with accents of bergamot, iris and vanilla;?an intense wake, a bit of sulfur, always incandescent, which embodies sensuality on edge, a hint of forbidden.?Proposed in a modern sculpture dedicated to the great lovers of Guerlain perfumes, the refillable spray reveals the mystery of the perfume and recalls the fine carving of a precious jewel.
Inspired by the story of a mad love between an emperor and an Indian princess, Shalimar, which means in Sanskrit “Temple of love”, forever symbolizes the essence of desire, the promise of eternal love.
A flight of flowers and bergamot exudes a breath of freshness in the head.?The heart is warmed by enveloping notes and delicately powdered with iris, jasmine and rose.?In the background, the imprint of vanilla, the roundness of the balmy notes and the gourmet warmth of the tonka bean orchestrate a sensual symphony.
