Cleansing solution for waterproof makeup – non-greasy effect This two-phase solution immediately and gently removes waterproof makeup without leaving a greasy effect: – – an oily phase which facilitates the removal of pigments and removes the most resistant water phase that includes a non-noble and non-ionic cleaner to complete the cleaning. Result: The skin is clean and without a trace of makeup. How is it used? Shake well before each use to mix the two phases. Apply the product on a dry cotton ball and gently wipe over the eyelids and lashes. No need to rinse.
