Re Nero is a conceptual fragrance dedicated to the age of Enlightenment, an historical period which represents a renaissance and a break from old patterns, when light substitutes darkness. Men’s intellect, which was then closed, illiterate and governed by superstition, opens to a new way of thinking. Through a tribute to the literary King of Enlightenment, Denis Diderot, and to his dynamic spirit, Re Nero symbolizes overcoming old schemas.
